DirtySixer 32er SuperEnduro

DirtySixer 32er SuperEnduro

Introducing DirtySixer 4th point guards model

After working tirelessly for more than a decade on big wheels bikes (starting with 36" back in 2013 and 32" since 2016), DirtySixer is introducing its 4th model in this "point guard" wheel size, the 32-inch.

DirtySixer introduced last year a full suspension DH 36er prototype (a wheel size for forwards and centers) at Eurobike and raced the Megavalanche 2025. Now it is time to introduce the 32er version, for the less vertically gifted... but still over 170cm/5'6" for the size L. Although this size L was created mostly for our fabricators and partners in Asia so they can test the 32"!
DirtySixer is the driving force behind the 32 inch wheel size, faithful to the origin of big proportionate bicycles for tall riders. This means our bikes are definitely bigger than the usual XL or maybe 2XL offered by big brands.
This new DirtySixer 32er MonsterEnduro will be available in 5 frame sizes L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL like the Gravel 32er and the MTB HT (hardtail) 32er. The original and first production 32er, the eDirtySixer Bosch CX Race will soon be available in these sizes too (currently only in 2XL 32er and 3XL + 4XL in 36er).
Using the newly updated version of the Maxxis Dissector 2.40 in 32 inch, this new full suspension bike will also be racing at the 2026 Megavalanche with a team of tall racers.
With the tremendous experience of R&D and fabricating big wheel bikes, helped with the feedback of tall professional athletes, DirtySixer 32" wheel line-up became more consistent, confirming the colossal advance in this category.
This new MonsterEnduro 32er follows the same high quality, reliable and over engineered goals from all previous DirtySixer models.
The MonsterEnduro was engineered with the help of a Taiwanese veteran designer, using a 4-bar Horst link type kinematics.
The frame is hand made 6061 alloy hydroformed tubing, hub spacing is 150mm front and 197mm rear. Suspension travel will be around 140mm rear and front, depending on the final fork/shock model we will use in the production. We are using a modified Manitou Dorado with our own custom CNC crowns. Rear shock brand and model is not defined yet.
Conventional travel categories don't really apply to bigger wheels, as they don't need that much travel to overcome bigger bumps.
The BB is a fat bike T47 with inboard bearing providing an extremely narrow Q-Factor of 186mm. The 2-piece cranks are using a 30mm diameter steel axle with crank length increasing with frame size (likewise for the chainstays).
The drivetrain is a SRAM Eagle 90 and brakes are Magura new 4 pistons Louise with 200mm rotors front and back.
The seatpost is 34.9mm and will allow for a super long dropper of more than 200mm.
Geometry and sizing will be provided when finalized. This first prototype (that's around size XL) will evolve before production and geometry will be adjusted after the testing phase.
Basically it's going to be around 65 degrees headtube angle and around 75 degrees for the seat tube angle. Chainstays are going to be around 490mm.
In terms of wheelsets, we have been testing several carbon rims but we might ultimately use our own extrusions developed for the ebikes, with triple wall, offset and angled drilling and anti snake bite profile.
We are working with existing brands to bring adapted inserts to this diameter (but also the 36" ones) that we will use during the Megavalanche among other test tracks.
This DirtySixer 32er MonsterEnduro is available to pre-order on the website. A 30% discount will be offered for those who will buy upfront and a 15% discount for those who reserve with a deposit of 50% the cost, the rest being due at shipping.

It will be shipped worldwide from Taiwan, at cost, DDP by end of summer 2026.
